10/18 Weather Update

The fun zone will be closed today.

The walk-through experience will be open but will have a last entry time of 7:45 and a lights out time of 8:30 PM.

6:15 PM – All time slots can enter with a ticket entry time between 6:15 PM and 6:45 PM

6:45 PM – All ticket time slots can enter with a time slot after 6:45 PM. This means you do not need to wait until your designated ticket time slot.

If you would like to instead transfer your ticket to a different day please do so by 10/19 at the following link.

If you come tonight and had pre-purchased Fun Zone tickets we will refund those tickets. If you transfer to another date then the fun zone will transfer as well.

We will close the experience if there is lighting.

Parking instructions:
1. Park in West lot only. (*See step 3)
2. Use above address for navigation. Do not use Paulus Park address.
3. Do not park in East lot unless you need an accessible parking spot, are an elder person or an expecting mother.
4. Follow the red dotted line on the map below to the entrance gates.
5. Use extreme caution crossing RT 12.

EVENT INFORMATION & FAQS

You must arrive within 15 minutes after your selected start time on your ticket.

Lights turn off 1 hour after last entry time.

This event is ADA accessible. Trail is a gravel path.

By attending this event, you are entering the Jack O’Lantern World Walk at your own risk. There are possible areas of low lighting, no light, uneven surfaces, variable terrain and slippery surfaces.

Weather Policy

We are open in most weather conditions however, we will not be able to operate in severe conditions that include lightning. In the event that we must cancel the show, you will be able to transfer your ticket to another available night. If you decide to come on a weekday and your ticket was for a peak night ex. (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) we will be unable to issue a refund for the difference in ticket prices.

The trail will take approximately 45 min to walk through. Actual time depends on you!

You will need to have your ticket printed off or pulled up on your phone to present at the admission gate. There will be no on-site ticket sales.

Prices include admission for one adult or child.

Tickets are valid for one use.

Tickets are necessary for anyone 3 and over.

All sales are final and promotions and discounts cannot be added retroactively.

Portable toilets available on site.

Service dogs only, please no pets.

Stay on trail.

Do not touch pumpkins, lights and displays.

All guests, including children 3+ years old, must have a ticket to enter.

Tickets are good for one use at the specified date and timeslot on the ticket.

Trail is one-way only.

Special Needs Time Slot (October 12 – 6:00 PM)
We have a time slot once during the month we define as special needs night. This is a limited time slot where their will be a lot less people that starts about 40 mins before true darkness. The purpose is for there to be an opportunity for those with special needs to go through while it is lighter, less crowded and lower music.

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to anyone diagnosed/showing symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days, PLEASE STAY AT HOME.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR TICKET DATE/TIME
To Transfer Your Ticket Follow these steps:

Click on this link and select “Enter Ticket Email” button under the heading “Resend Ticket Confirmation.”

Go to your email and pull up the resent ticket and select “Manage Tickets” button and enter the verification code also included in that same email.

You will then be able to transfer your tickets to a new date and time.

You will receive a new email with a new QR code once the transfer is complete. You will receive one QR code for all tickets purchased.

Jump, climb, and slide into fun! Kids (and kids-at-heart) can race to the top and zoom their way down. Whether you’re racing your friends or going again and again, the inflatable slide is nonstop fun under the sun.

Included with entry ticket.
Weather Permitting. Ages 4+. Children ages 3 & under may ride with one parent.

DAY TIME EXPERIENCE

Follow our Daytime Halloween Trail, stopping along the way for Halloween character meet-and-greets, candy stations and tons of fall photo opportunities. Then keep the fun going in our Inflatable Fun Zone, visit the Pumpkin Patch, and enjoy an upgraded selection of seasonal food, drinks and treats.

Best of all, the Inflatable Fun Zone is included with your full Daytime Experience ticket, so kids can bounce, play and enjoy even more Halloween fun.
