On October 13th, at 9:15 PM the 50 artists of Jack O’lantern will turn rogue and will be looking for something besides pumpkins to carve with their tools. Will you be amazed by the 1000’s of hand carved jack o’lanterns or will you become a carved gourd yourself? Travel the haunted trail if you dare!

Journey through 15 magical themed worlds of hand carved Jack O’ Lanterns designed by local artists throughout the Chicagoland area.

Enjoy some food, Grab some sweets for the kids, or enjoy an adult beverage all served by some of your favorite local vendors. You will be able to see a food truck schedule below closer to opening night.

What is Jack O' Lantern World?

This October gather your friends and family and take a journey through the “Jack O’ Lantern World” experience. Walk a 3/4 mile long trail through 1000’s of Jack O’Lanterns hand carved by local artisans. Experience our one of a kind whimsical celebration of art, nature & fall.

Event Parking
215 S Rand Road,
Lake Zurich, IL. 60047

Parking instructions:
1. Park in West lot only. (*See step 3)
2. Use above address for navigation. Do not use Paulus Park address.
3. Do not park in East lot unless you need an accessible parking spot, are an elder person or an expecting mother.
4. Follow the red dotted line on the map below to the entrance gates.
5. Use extreme caution crossing RT 12.

FOOD TRUCK SCHEDULE

Event Information

You must arrive within 15 minutes after your selected start time on your ticket.

Lights turn off at midnight.

This event is ADA accessible. Trail is a paved path.

By attending this event, you are entering the Jack O’Lantern World Walk at your own risk. There are possible areas of low lighting, no light, uneven surfaces, variable terrain and slippery surfaces.

The trail will take approximately 45 min to walk through. Actual time depends on you!

You will need to have your ticket printed off or pulled up on your phone to present at the admission gate. There will be no on-site ticket sales.

Prices include admission for one adult or child.

Tickets are valid for one use.

Tickets are necessary for anyone over the age of 3.

All sales are final and promotions and discounts cannot be added retroactively.

Portable toilets available on site.

Service dogs only, please no pets.

Stay on trail.

Do not touch pumpkins, lights and displays.

Tickets are good for one use at the specified date and timeslot on the ticket.

Trail is one-way only.

My Density Matters empowers women to find out their breast density, learn their screening options, and insist on essential additional screening.

Weather Policy

We are open in most weather conditions however, we will not be able to operate in severe conditions that include lightning. In the event that we must cancel the show, you will be able to transfer your ticket to another available night. If you decide to come on a weekday and your ticket was for a peak night ex. (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) we will be unable to issue a refund for the difference in ticket prices.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR TICKET DATE/TIME
To Transfer Your Ticket Follow these steps:
1. Click on this link and select “Enter Ticket Email” button under the heading “Resend Ticket Confirmation.”
2. Go to your email and pull up the resent ticket and select “Manage Tickets” button and enter the verification code also included in that same email.
3. You will then be able to transfer your tickets to a new date and time.
4. You will receive a new email with a new QR code once the transfer is complete. You will receive one QR code for all tickets purchased.
